Chatthavee (Olive) grew up in a family deeply devoted to the Thai monarchy.
Her father served as a royal security officer to King Rama IX and the royal family throughout his life until retirement.
From a young age, Olive witnessed the dedication and impact of the Royal Projects (โครงการหลวง) firsthand — seeing how they supported local farmers and promoted sustainable agriculture. Inspired by these values, she developed a deep appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and community.
Today, Olive continues this legacy by carefully selecting coffee and ingredients that honor the hard work of farmers and the spirit of Thai heritage.
